The items are taken to Saver’s Thrift Store, 2340 North Main Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico where they provide funds to our organization and make low-cost clothing and other items available to our communities. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Otero County is a nonprofit corporation, which is classified by the IRS as exempt under the IRS Section 501(c)(3). Therefore, donations from individuals and corporations, as well as grants from private foundations, qualify for maximum tax benefits allowable by the IRS.
